Tour of NBK HQ in Partnership with WHO

Attendees toured NBK's LEED Gold-certified headquarters, showcasing how eco-friendly design boosts air quality, energy efficiency, and health.
Partnership with bp to Support Student Renewable Energy Program

KGBC and bp Kuwait have partnered to launch a five-week Renewable Energy Student Program aimed at empowering architecture and engineering students with knowledge on sustainable energy solutions. Aligned with KGBC's mission to promote sustainable building practices and environmental stewardship in Kuwait, the program will equip 25 students with the skills needed to advance Kuwait’s transition to renewable energy.
LEED Certification Support for J2 Project

KGBC has partnered with J2 General Contracting Company to support the certification of the new J2 - Business and Retail Center in Jaber Al Ahmad. KGBC will provide expert guidance and technical support to ensure that sustainable practices are integrated throughout every stage of the project. This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to sustainability in Kuwait’s evolving urban landscape.
Avenues Mall Tour for Architecture Students

KGBC in partnership with Mabanee Co., hosted a tour of The Avenues Mall for Kuwait University building systems students. The tour highlighted the sustainability initiatives implemented over the years (2019-2023), which played a crucial role in the mall achieving the LEED Silver certification in Operations & Maintenance in 2023.
