LEED Certification Support for J2 Project

March 2024, Kuwait City - KGBC has partnered with J2 General Contracting Company to drive the LEED certification process for the J2 Business and Retail Center, a significant mixed-use development located on the South-West border of Jaber Al Ahmad City. Spanning 135,875 square meters, this project is dedicated to incorporating sustainable practices across all stages of its construction and operation. KGBC will provide expert guidance and technical support to ensure that the project meets the rigorous standards required for LEED certification, underscoring a mutual commitment to sustainability in Kuwait’s growing urban landscape.
