The session will focus on microclimate design and sustainable landscape planning, with some case studies to further drive the topic. The speakers are Ramkrushna Parshuramkar who is a senior CFD consultant at Buro Happold, and Dr. Sarah AlAteeqi who is an associate research assistant at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research. Both parties worked on the microclimate analysis and native plant selection for the Jaber Mall project, which is designed and constructed with LEED and sustainable principles.
