In collaboration with One Click LCA, Kuwait Green Building Council (KGBC) co-hosted an introductory online webinar on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). The session explored how integrating LCA during the early stages of design can help maximize carbon reduction opportunities and optimize overall building performance throughout a project’s lifecycle.
The webinar featured a presentation by Marios Tsikos from One Click LCA, who provided an overview of the platform and guided participants through the software for those interested in implementing LCA but unsure where to begin. Dalal Alhashash from KGBC also presented a local case study demonstrating how the software was used to reduce embodied carbon during the early design stages and carry those strategies through the project lifecycle.
