Join us for the screening of Do I Need This?

The film is thought-provoking and explores consumerism and the emotional attachment humans form with material possessions. It invites viewers to reflect on why we buy, keep, and define ourselves through “things,” and what this means for our wellbeing and the planet.

The screening will take place from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, followed by a moderated discussion from 8:00 to 9:00 PM. The conversation will feature Dr. Sara AlSayed, a psychologist, and Rawa Alloughani, a sustainable fashion brand founder, who will unpack the psychological, social, and environmental themes of the film, and explore how mindful consumption can shape more intentional lifestyles.

This event is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and engage in an open dialogue about our relationship with consumption in everyday life.
