Abdalliyah Nature Reserve offers a rare opportunity to experience a protected desert ecosystem that has remained largely undisturbed. In a country where development, grazing, and seasonal desert use are widespread, Abdalliyah stands as an example of what the desert looks like when given the space to function naturally.

Guided by experts from the Hayat Team for Wildlife Conservation, this tour invites participants to explore Kuwait’s desert biodiversity up close—from desert-adapted plants to reptiles, mammals, and migratory and resident bird species—while gaining insight into the ecological importance of protected areas and conservation efforts in Kuwait.

Organized by the Kuwait Green Building Council in collaboration with the Hayat Team for Wildlife Conservation, and generously hosted by Kuwait Oil Company, this exclusive tour for KGBC and Hayat members will take place on Saturday, 7 February 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Registration is required.
