Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale for Services

At Kuwait Green Building Council (KGBC), we aim to provide high-quality sustainability and green building services to our clients. By engaging with us, you agree to the following basic terms:

1. Services

We provide services such as consultancy, training, and certification support as agreed in your proposal or contract. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Fees & Payments

All service fees are outlined in our proposal or invoice. Payment is due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, access, and support to help us deliver services effectively.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All shared information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Any tools, templates, or materials we provide remain the property of KGBC. You may use final deliverables for internal business purposes only.

6. Liability

While we do our best to ensure the quality of our work, KGBC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
