Join us for a tour of the Oil Sector Complex

KGBC members are invited to a guided tour of the Oil Sector Complex (OSC), home to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC). Designed by architect Arthur Erickson and inspired by traditional dhow sails, the complex features three interconnected towers and a striking central core offering panoramic views.

In collaboration with the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), the OSC underwent a major green retrofit to meet LEED standards, introducing energy-efficient lighting, water-saving fixtures, solar films, and advanced monitoring systems. This visit will highlight the building’s architectural innovation and its transformation into one of Kuwait’s leading sustainable office complexes.
