 rehabilitate key historical spaces and buildings within Ahmadi\, including
  the Old Market and Cinema\, offering insight into how the city’s archit
 ectural and urban heritage is being carefully preserved and reactivated. P
 articipants will learn about the broader initiative to document and develo
 p Ahmadi as an integrated cultural and social heritage site\, where histor
 ical authenticity is thoughtfully blended with contemporary design to supp
 ort long-term cultural value and community engagement. The tour will also 
 highlight the council’s ongoing work in collaboration with UNESCO and th
 e United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)\, as part of preparations fo
 r Ahmadi’s nomination to the World Heritage List\, aiming to ensure the 
 city’s global significance is formally recognized. This tour is exclusiv
 e to KGBC members.
