A look back at our insightful KGBC members tour of The Avenues Mall, led by the dedicated Mabanee Co. sustainability team. The tour highlighted the mall’s journey toward improved sustainability—covering energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and indoor air quality. These collective efforts earned The Avenues a LEED Silver certification for Operations and Maintenance in 2023. A special thank you to Eng. Dana Alwelayti, LEED® Green Associate™ for guiding us through the tour and offering her expertise throughout the visit.

KIMMCO-ISOVER was proud to take part in the recent 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (LCA) event, co-hosted by the Kuwait Green Building Council (KGBC) and Gulf Consult on May 26th at Gulf Consult’s Head Office in Kuwait. Ms. Nisha Alexander, Regional Specification Manager of KIMMCO-ISOVER, delivered a focused presentation on our approach to Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
